How to order

Step 1: select your items

You will need to register as a user. Browse through the website and check on a product for more detailed information. And note the style number, choose the colour and the size you want.

Step 2: proceed to “check out”

Please review the items in your shopping list, select your desired postage way, choose a payment method, and don’t forget to check your contact and delivery details.

Step 3: order confirmation & payment

You will then receive an email informing your order number. You still can retract your shopping cart if you change your mind. Please note that we can not decide or change your invoice as this is the agreement between Paypal and us.
Remember, you are eligible to have free postage when you purchase over AUD100.00 and the items are to be delivered within Australia! Please select "Flat rate at 0" when the option is available for you.

Once you have paid via Paypal, we will receive a notice from Paypal. When we receive your payment, we will send you an email and invoice with your order details attached. If you have any problems with your order please contact us. 

Colours

Please be aware that colours may vary slightly from those displayed by your monitor.

If you need help in what size you are, please refer to our size chart.

Sold out items 

If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be informed of the expected delivery date.

GST

10% GST is included in the retail price shown.

Shipping and returns

Shipping

Within Australia

The standard delivery time within Australia is approximately 2-7 working days for a regular parcel. All parcels are registered.

There is no charge on the handling fee per item. The shipping fee is based on the fees and charges of Australia Post, which is calculated by weight. For your protection all parcels within Australia will be sent by receipted delivery with a tracking number.

International

Countries other than Australia will receive orders in approximately 7-14 working days. There is a small charge on the handling fee per item. The shipping fee is based on the fees and charges of Australia Post, which is calculated by weight. Your parcel will be sent by airmail and the insurance is included. Please advise if you would like your parcel to be sent by express international, we will calculate the postage for you.

International customers will be responsible for local duties and taxes. Note that delivery times may vary when an item is on back order.

If you have not received your order within the days specified please contact us.

Return and exchange

Your satisfaction is our must mission. If something isn't right, please let us know asap and return the item within 14 days from the date you receive it. We are happy to exchange or refund. Please make sure the item is in its original condition when you return it. Note that refund policy doesn't appy on the sales items.
Please allow 2-3 weeks from the day you return your package for your exchange to be received. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges.

When you return the item by mail, please enclose your invoice, a prepaid parcel when applicable and the item within 14 days and mail to our office.

 

Password Recover

How to recover my Angel password?

If you forget your password to access your Angel account, no worry for that, it is easy to get it back.

  1. Please note for the security reason, no-one (including Angel staff) except you is allowed to modify your login password.
  2. If you can remember the original email account which you used to register, please visit password-recover page to get an automatic email notification with your new password. You can also find the password-recover page by click “My Account”, then click “Password forgotten? Click here” in “returning customer” section.
  3. Please open the email with title “Angel Maternity - New Password”, you can find the new password which will allow you login again. Note: the new password is sensitive to capital letter, please type in very careful.
  4. After login, we suggest strongly that you should change the password to make it easier to remember. You can find the option “Change my account password” in “my account”.
  5. If you also forget your original email account, you can use our online contacting form or email us directly to ask our client service to find it out. Note: To find your email account from our huge client database, your original registered name will be required.
  6. If you cannot remember your original name, we are very sorry --- you have to register yourself again, no worry, it’s very quick and easy as you have known.
